With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the painting and coatings industry, Scott brings both craftsmanship and leadership to every project. He founded the company in 2016 with a clear vision: deliver high-quality work built on proper preparation, strong systems, and pride in execution.
Scott oversees all day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects run efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. From coordinating crews and materials to maintaining quality control on-site, he is deeply involved in the details that make a project successful. His experience spans commercial and residential work, and he takes pride in building long-term relationships with clients based on trust, communication, and consistency.
When he’s not managing job sites, Scott is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Erica, stay busy raising their two sons and keeping up with their three energetic Goldendoodles. In his rare downtime, you’ll likely find him camping, spending time outdoors, or planning the next adventure with his family.

Jeff Kostusiak brings over 30 years of experience in the paint and coatings industry to the company. As Vice President, Partner, and Lead Estimator, Jeff plays a critical role in project planning, product selection, and client consultation.
Having spent more than 25 years working for a major paint supplier, Jeff developed an extensive knowledge of coatings systems, product performance, and application methods. His background gives clients confidence that every estimate is built with the right materials, accurate specifications, and long-term durability in mind. Jeff understands not only how products are applied in the field, but how they perform over time — an advantage that sets the company apart.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys golfing during the summer months and snowboarding in the winter. He values time with his wife and daughter, along with their lively household that includes a dog, a cat, and even an axolotl. Jeff’s experience, product expertise, and steady leadership help ensure every project starts with a strong foundation.
Erica Kostusiak
Office Administrator
Erica Kostusiak has been part of the company since day one. As Office Administrator, she is typically the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly.
From scheduling and communication to supporting the team behind the scenes, Erica helps ensure every project starts and finishes with clear coordination and professionalism. Her consistency and attention to detail have been a steady foundation for the company’s growth since its early days.
Outside the office, Erica is a devoted mother to two boys and a supportive partner to Scott. Whether she’s at the theater cheering on their older son, at the field or court supporting their younger son, or managing life at home with their energetic Goldendoodles, she is always fully invested in her family. She also loves camping and traveling whenever she finds the time.
Erica’s commitment — both to her family and to the business — is a big part of what makes the company feel personal, responsive, and community-focused.
Debbie Tronolone
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Debbie Tronolone manages Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring the financial side of the business stays organized and on track. With thorough job costing, strong attention to detail, and a no-nonsense approach, Debbie helps keep projects aligned and the team accountable.
She works closely behind the scenes to make sure future billing accurate, expenses tracked, and financial information readily available so leadership can make informed decisions. Her consistency and precision play a key role in maintaining the company’s operational stability and profitability.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, their pup Sophie, and their cat Frannie. She’s often cheering at bandits games, tending to her garden, or relaxing poolside during the warmer months.
